How many times in his term is Gov. Schwarzenegger going to have to deal with this.
The ACLU and Starr plead yet again for the life of an execution case.
I think executing a man found guilty of his crimes and sentenced to death is fine.
Makes logical sense to me. You set up boundaries, people cross them and are punished according to the law.
The thing I don't necessarily agree with is that we try these people, find them guilty and sentence them to the death penalty that will carried out a quarter of a century later.
Isn't that kind of like aborting a second trimester fetus?
