The creators of Google continue to fight for the privacy of citizens, especially those in California,
But are they choosing their battles wisely?
After all Microsoft and Yahoo thought it wise to adhere to the federal subpoena for user information.
For us shareholders, we should hope that Brin knows the law, and what he's doing.
We'll see as the hearings proceed.
