More H5N1 News

I think it's great that the administration is holding drills for the executives at the White House. It's
comforting that when the pandemic reaches the shores of old red, white and blue that some of our elected officials will have atleast a vague idea of what to do, or think. I find it curious however that the President can find a morning bikeride more significant than being educated on emergency preparedness; and following suit, how Mr. Cheney conveniently finds more important things to do. Much like the incredibly late request for $7.1 billion for vaccination development less than a month ago, the actions of our two most top officials really makes me question the administrations dedication to not only science in general, but science as applied to saving lives.
