Heartening Move
Decisions like this continually renew my faith in united states constitutional law and the judges who uphold it.
Intelligent design calls upon notions of the supernatural and therefore inherently cannot be science, and sequentially should not be taught in science courses.
Seperation of church and state is crucial to American success, and today, someone recognized that.
